Yes the fellow as thrilled beyond bits when the po-po told him, "'allo we've got your ride then." He mailed it out to the entire department list. Ironically, Mr. Bones had a bike just like it years ago, one of those fancy Hondas. I shall never forgive Mr. Bones for getting rid of his 1960s Triumph. *grumbles* He won't buy another bike now, says it too dangerous these days (?). He seems to have replaced the bikes with fast motor cars though, so no complaints.
Don't let the guilt consume you. In the end it was a MUTUAL decision reached by you both to moor it where it was last seen so its not all your fault.
I never thought Leicester had crimmys as such...to take a bike. Come to think of it, I bet your thief is a young adult, spotty looking, male out for fits and giggles. Maybe casually walking by all the delinquent hangouts during THE DAY and around back of them, might turn it up. I dunno. However, don't do anything irrational.
Now you need to get some resty. I see Murray in Watson is being quite difficult to manage. Yes you did read that correctly. Health first, fun later. Good lord, that sounds like an NHS add. *hugs*
